1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within [2-5 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or postal delays beyond our control, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard  2–5 business days £4.95
Standard 2+ bottles 2-5 business days £8.00


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


4. Delivery Addresses

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.

Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.


5. Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@rhucello.co.uk with your order number.


6. Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly or email us at info@rhucello.co.uk with a photo of the damaged package.
