1. Processing Times
All orders are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or postal delays beyond our control, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping Rates and Dispatch Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
4. Delivery Addresses
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.
Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.
5. Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@rhucello.co.uk with your order number.
6. Damages
Your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered to you, or to someone you have nominated to receive it.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or does not arrive, please contact us at info@rhucello.co.uk with your order number. For damaged orders, please include photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Alcohol-delivery
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase Rhucello. Proof of age may be requested when your order is delivered. If satisfactory identification cannot be provided, the delivery may be refused and returned to us.
